Eric Gledhill is a Columbus Ohio based Realtor with the Gledhill & Talis Group of Cutler Real Estate. Eric has been in real estate since 1997 with an extensive background in real estate development and sales. He has lead the completion of many new developments in Dublin, Gahanna, New Albany, as well as, re-development projects in the neighborhoods of Victorian Village, Italian Village, German Village, Schumacher Place, Merion Village, Short North, Clintonville and Granville. His expertise does not end there; he has represented multiple buyers of investment property, vacation homes and large tract of agricultural properties. He uses his 27 years of real estate experience to consult buyers and sellers of primary residences, vacation homes and investment properties throughout Ohio. Eric has a Bachelors degree from The Ohio State University. He is active with OSU as a life member of the Alumni Club, Buckeye Club, 1888 Society – Athletic Scholarship Endowment Program. He enjoys the outdoors with his hunting dogs, fly-fishing and Ohio State football.

Particularly with my first purchase, as a young women, professional or not, I found realtors did not take me seriously. Eric Gledhill did. Since then I have purchased and sold other properties with Eric's assistance. He has a broad knowledge base of Columbus and surrounding areas. He does provide very helpful direction as to the best purchase opportunity and/or best selling price for the market currently available, while also allowing the client (me) to make my own choices and find out for myself what I would like to do.
